888 Poker Introduces Private Games

Players at 888 Poker now have the option to move their home games online with “Private Lounges”, one of the new features 888 has introduced as part of their 888+ software upgrade.

888 calls these private games “Lounges”, and they work much like Homegames at PokerStars.  You can create a lounge and control who can access it.  Lounges can be cash games or tournaments, and you can create lounges that use 888's webcam capabilities.

To help generate interest in the new feature, 888 is giving our freeroll entries to any player who creates a new Lounge.  Just log into 888 Poker and click the “Lounge” tab in the software lobby.  Create and play your private game with friends and 888 will send you a freeroll entry to a tournament with a $3,000 prize pool.  That's on top of all the money you win from your friends –  although they may not stay your friends if you beat them too badly.
