Bet365 ($5 free for players from UK and Ireland) has thrown their hat into the fast-fold ring with the launch of Sprint Poker.
Sprint Poker works in a similar fashion to Terminal Poker. You join a pool of players for a particular game at a particular limit, and then tables are constructed on the fly from that pool. As you exit one hand, either by winning, losing or folding, you move immediately on to the next hand. No more waiting for a hand to finish after you insta-muck your garbage hand in early position - you just fold and move instantly to the next hand.
With the second largest player base in all of online poker, bet365 should have no trouble filling their Sprint Poker player pools with hundreds and hundreds of participants. We expect that Sprint Poker will soon be second only to PokerStars Zoom Poker in the fast-fold category.
Sprint Poker is available in the main bet365 Poker lobby - just log on and you'll be able to select Sprint games just like you'd select normal games.
The introduction of Sprint Poker by bet365 leaves Party Poker and Everest Poker as the only two top 10 brands that have yet to roll out a fast-fold client. Everest has been mum on the issue so far, and Party has been making vague promises about a fast-fold client but seems bogged down by their recent merger with bWin.
If you haven't tried bet365 Poker yet, Sprint Poker is a perfect way to give the room a whirl. Plus, new accounts from the UK and Ireland can get $5 free, no deposit required - click here for details.
