To become a league member, you must have a real money account at Pitbull Poker and you must be a forum member. If you're not a member of the IPM Forums yet, you must first register and activate your account. If you don't have an account at Pitbull Poker, you can visit Pitbull Poker and create a real money account using the bonus code INSTANT10.
